    We will curate a personal menu to fit you and your guests needs and preferences. Construction of menu’s is available amongst many different cultural, diversified palates, and experiences. Coursed or Prix Fix Dinners are available to suit your needs. We will accommodate dietary restrictions within reason.

  • Catering

    Catering is available for large party events. Prix Fix Menus and Multiple Item options available. Catering is a perfect option for Corporate Entities, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversary, or any of your large party needs.

  • Concept Construction

    We will curate a restaurant concept for your brand and your needs. Entire concept building, recipes, staff training, system building, and consultation options are available.

Meet the Chefs

Chef Chris is born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL and started his culinary career at a young age. He is trained as a southern cook with encouragement to creativity, Covid afforded him an opportunity to study concept and menu building. Chef Zoe started studying with Chef Chris early in her culinary career. She is trained in Southern and French techniques, with nods to pastry, and molecular gastronomy. We like to push each other to the limits, in order to push the boundaries of food, and what is considered possible in the culinary world. We are always researching, developing, and educating ourselves on new techniques and cuisine.
