About Us

Chef Chris was born and raised in St. Petersburg Fl. He has trained under chefs with many different backgrounds and cultures, that he pulls inspiration from. Covid gave him an opportunity to study concept and menu building.

Chef Zoe is trained in Southern and French techniques with nods to pastry and molecular gastronomy. She likes to bring a comforting aspect to everything she makes. She started studying with Chef Chris early in her culinary career.

We will always be students, learning, and researching, whether it be through written work, or experience. We like to push boundaries of food, to bring new ideas to the culinary world. We take inspiration from culinary masters such as Jacques Pépin, Marco Pierre White, and Auguste Escoffier.

Attention to detail is one of the most important philosophies to us. We believe that every aspect should be the best quality it can be, from start to finish.
